MEMORIAL WINNERS

Our club has held the memorial event in the 1500m run in memory of our club's first and long-serving president since 2014. Iztok Ciglarič, a tremendous visionary in the athletic world and a passionate sports enthusiast, was the mastermind of our Athletics Club Poljane Maribor. Iztok actively contributed to various sports organizations, including the Athletic Federation of Slovenia and the Maribor Sports Association. His tireless efforts were directed toward improving working conditions within the realm of athletics. We take immense pride in having collaborated with Iztok during the club’s inception and subsequent growth.
